Catembe Project- Mozambique
The Government of Mozambique is building a new commercial and administrative city in Catembe located not far from Maputo city. Maputo and Catembe will be connected by a new constructed bridge costing USD 725 million and leading to substantial increase in traffic along the southern coast line of Maputo. In 2017, Catembe will become an important commercial, residential, administrative, and economic city of Mozambique. The Municipal Council of Maputo has given its in principle approval to grant Afrimoz International 11 hectares of land in a prime location of Catembe for property development.
Nacala SEZ Project- Mozambique
Nacala strategically located in the northern region of Mozambique has been converted into a special Economic Zone ( SEZ) with favourable tax and customs incentives and with a natural deep water port. Nacala SEZ provides investment opportunities in various economic sectors such as Transport and Logistics, Manufacturing, Hotel and Tourism , Property Development and ICT.
